Metro Tennis reserves the right to: • Correct pricing errors • Update prices due to supplier changes • Cancel orders with incorrect pricing Prices may exclude applicable taxes, shipping fees, or service fees unless stated otherwise.
4. Orders and Payments

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Returns and Exchanges
a. Unboxing Video Required Customers must record an unboxing video without interruption from when the package is still sealed until the product is clearly visible. The video must show: • Package condition • Shipping label • Process of opening the package • Product contents inside Without an unboxing video, complaints cannot be processed. b. Complaint Time Limit Complaints are accepted for a maximum of 3 x 24 hours after the package is received (based on delivered status from the courier). After this period, complaints cannot be processed. c. Product Condition at Time of Complaint Products under complaint must be in the following condition: • Unused • Tags / labels still attached • Original packaging and box complete • No damage caused by customer use. d. Complaint Evidence Customers must attach: • Unboxing video • Photos of the defective product • Photos of packaging and shipping label • Order number / invoice e. Types of Complaints That Can Be Processed Complaints can be processed when: • Manufacturing defect • Product damaged during shipping • Product not as ordered (wrong model / size / colour) • Missing items f. Complaints That Cannot Be Processed Complaints do not apply for: • Wrong size / colour chosen by customer • No unboxing video • Product already used / washed • Damage due to use g. Return / Replacement Process If the complaint is approved: The customer will be asked to send the item back to the store address. After the item is received and checked, the store will: • send a replacement, or • refund according to store policy.
7. Stringing and Custom Services
For stringing, customization, or repair services: • Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications • Metro Tennis is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues in racquets • Service turnaround times may vary depending on workload
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Metro Tennis website including: • Logos • Images • Product descriptions • Website design are the intellectual property of Metro Tennis and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
